Usage

get_reaction_systems(reaction, db = NULL)

Arguments

reaction

A `reaction_id` or a Rhea master ID, with or without the `RHEA:` prefix.

db

Optional open gifter database connection.

Value

A long-form tibble. Multiple components within a system are AND; multiple markers for a component are OR.
