Connect to a gifter SQLite database
Usage
gifter_db_connect(path = NULL, read_only = TRUE)
Arguments
- path
SQLite database path. By default, the packaged reference
database is opened.
- read_only
Open the database read-only. This is recommended for
annotation workflows.
Value
A DBI connection. Close it with [gifter_db_disconnect()].
