Derives the trace rows for one sample. A sample's providers are the catalogue's providers intersected with its detected genomes, so the rows are recounted on demand rather than stored once per sample — the same reasoning as the `pair_trace = FALSE` default of [community_traits()], and with the same result: the rows are identical either way.

Usage

trace_sample(traits, sample)

Arguments

traits

A `gifter_dataset_traits` from [dataset_traits()].

sample

One sample identifier.

Value

A tibble of trace rows naming the GIFTs and genomes behind that sample's `community_richness`, `singleton_fraction`, `provider_count` and `unique_contribution`.

Details

The rows returned are what [community_traits()] records for [sample_community()] of the same sample.
